Image Manager F/M

As an Image Manager F/M, you will join our Imaging Operations team on an 18-month fixed-term contract (CDD) and play a key role in the management of imaging activities for international oncology clinical trials. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure the timely collection, quality control, review, and reconciliation of medical imaging data while supporting the successful delivery of projects. Based at our headquarters in Sophia Antipolis, you will contribute to innovative studies that advance medical research and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage imaging activities for an assigned portfolio of clinical studies.

• Create and maintain Image Acquisition Guidelines and study documentation.

• Perform image quality control and coordinate image review workflows.

• Manage data reconciliation, query resolution, and project follow-up activities.

• Monitor operational metrics and support project prioritization to meet timelines and quality objectives.

• Provide project status updates to senior team members and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and industry best practices.

• Contribute to process improvements, training initiatives, and discrepancy management.

• Support cross-functional activities and act as backup for squad operations when needed.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Medical Radiation Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field.

Experience

• Experience in medical imaging, radiology, radiation therapy, healthcare, or a related environment.

• Exposure to clinical research, clinical trials, or imaging-related activities is an advantage.

• Hospital internships or clinical training are also valued.

Skills

• Knowledge of medical imaging modalities and imaging workflows.

• Understanding of healthcare quality standards and patient care environments.

• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) is a plus.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary and international teams.

• Professional proficiency in French; English is highly desirable.
