Job description
We are looking for a Project Manager II F/M to join our Project Management team on a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave.
In this role, you will act as the primary operational lead for oncology clinical trials (Phase I to III) involving imaging endpoints. You will be responsible for driving the successful execution of projects from study start-up through close-out, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant study data while meeting project timelines, budgets, and sponsor expectations.
Working in a highly collaborative and international environment, you will coordinate cross-functional teams across Imaging Operations, Data Management, Medical, Technical, and Site Management functions to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage oncology clinical trial projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors and internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk management, and communication plans.
Coordinate all imaging-related operational activities, including:
Study specification development
Imaging database implementation
Systems integration
Image collection and quality control
Independent reader management
Central review operations
Data management and sponsor deliverables
Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks and mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, GCP guidelines, and project management best practices.
Report project status, milestones, and risks to management.
Support and mentor junior project team members when required.
Contribute to business support activities, including budget estimations and proposal preparation.
Job requirements
Education
Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Research, or a related scientific field.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, medical device, or clinical research environment.
Experience in clinical trials and/or medical imaging is highly desirable.
Knowledge of oncology studies is a strong asset.
Skills
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of clinical research processes and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
Understanding of medical imaging, data management, software development, or related healthcare technologies is a plus.
Fluent English, both written and spoken. French is an advantage.
