As part of our Marketing team, we are looking for a Marketing & Communication Apprentice F/M to support the team across a wide range of marketing activities, from events and social media to content creation, email campaigns and CRM management.

This apprenticeship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international and dynamic environment, while contributing to concrete marketing projects.

Your responsibilities

Event Support

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events.

• Support logistical coordination, including team registrations and preparation of event materials.

• Help coordinate communications with participants.

Social Media

• Create engaging visuals and copy for LinkedIn, in line with our brand guidelines.

• Support the scheduling and monitoring of social media activity.

Content Creation

• Support the integration and promotion of marketing content across digital channels.

• Collaborate with external partners, including marketing and translation agencies.

Email Marketing

• Assist in the creation and distribution of email campaigns.

• Support contact list management and campaign performance tracking.

Presentations & Branding

• Update and enhance existing PowerPoint presentations to ensure consistency and clarity.

• Apply brand guidelines across marketing materials.

Salesforce & Marketing Operations

• Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of marketing information in Salesforce.

• Support lead tracking and campaign tagging.

• Provide general operational and administrative support to the Marketing team

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field.

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills.

• You are comfortable using tools such as Canva and PowerPoint and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.

• You have a basic understanding of CRM tools. Experience with Salesforce would be a plus.

• You are organized, detail-oriented and able to manage several tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• You are comfortable working in an international environment and have a good level of written and spoken English.
